This project was a refurbishment and extension project to deliver a new 8 bedroom luxury house located in the heart of London.
Our work: This commenced by underpinning the entire perimeter of the property and reducing the basement by 1.5 metres. The basement slab was completed in a single pour in excess of 178m3, this was undertaken in one operation early one morning after we consulted with all neighbouring residents.
To carry out the entire structural alteration package to the upper floors our engineers designed the temporary works scheme to support the roof while we demolished all the internal walls and installed the new structural frame and Comflor decking to all floors.
