Our services include specialist construction solutions for new build projects as well as temporary works and structural alterations to existing buildings.
Based north of London, we operate in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, across the London Boroughs and beyond.
Originally delivering low rise housing developments, we moved on to constructing more complex basement and high rise concrete frame projects for a variety of clients including luxury residential developers and care home operators.
Through our professional approach and thorough de-risking of a project prior to site start, we always achieve ‘right first time’ with 100% of projects delivered to or ahead of programme.
Today we are proud of our high levels of repeat business developed because of our agile and responsive approach, and always seeking client feedback to improve our way of working.
Environmental
Groundworks and demolition can result in huge amounts of waste. We are proud of our segregation approach resulting in 98.96% of our waste diverted from landfill per year. We are considerate and respectful of the communities where we work and procure materials locally wherever possible. We are always reviewing ways to work more sustainably including the use of low carbon materials and off-site solutions.
Health and Safety
Our Projects are managed by our qualified Project and Site Managers, supported by regular site visits from the MGBC Ltd Contracts Manager, Directors, Office Manager & SHEQ Consultants. Independent Site Safety Inspections & Audits undertaken by our H&S consultants, monitor our SHEQ performance on site.
