This project consists of 5 blocks ranging from one to five storeys, the scheme will deliver 88 new homes to the area.
We were originally engaged by our client to carry out the groundworks for this scheme. Following the successful completion of this phase, we were then also appointed to deliver the demolition, structural alterations and temporary works. This was a logistically challenging project as it is near Buckingham Palace and the roads surrounding are closed every day. This meant we had to utilise software to manage and plan deliveries to ensure the were delivered just in time.
The project has been executed to time and budget and our client is extremely happy with the quality of work produced and the safe and considerate way in which we have managed the project given the restricted location.
