This project is a single new build dwelling on the prestigious Winnington Road in the Hampstead Garden Suburbs. It consists of a multi-level basement and podium transfer slab.
We have delivered the multi-level basement including the temporary works and bulk excavation for the formation of the basement.
Careful planning of site logistics was needed including organising materials and plant delivery and muck away as the basement footprint effectively fills the width of the site. We worked closely with the designers on this project to ensure that we could best utilise the space during the construction phase.
